First adjustment

When appropriate, you’ll get your first adjustment the same day.

A written plan to relief

New patients only, one per person. The $59 new-patient special is for the initial exam and first adjustment when clinically appropriate. What happens

Exam first, every time.

No one is adjusted before we understand what’s wrong. Here’s the path from your first visit to lasting relief.

  1. Fig. 1

    Exam

A thorough consultation and exam — orthopedic, neurological, and movement testing — to find the real source of the pain, not just where it shows up.

  2. Fig. 2

    Plan

We show you what we found, then build a clear, written plan with a defined number of visits and a goal. You approve it before anything begins.

  3. Fig. 3

    Adjust

Targeted adjustments, decompression, or soft-tissue work get you out of the acute pain and restore healthy motion.

  4. Fig. 4

    Strengthen

Rehab exercises, posture work, and massage rebuild stability so the relief actually holds and the pain stops returning.

    Maintain

Once you feel great, optional wellness visits keep you aligned and moving — on your schedule, at your pace.

Before you come in

How to prepare

Wear comfortable clothes

Something you can move in. We’ll test your range of motion.

Bring your insurance card

And any prior imaging (X-ray/MRI) if you have it. We verify benefits before you commit.

Plan for about 45 minutes

The first visit is thorough on purpose — we’re finding the source, not rushing.

Good to know

First-visit questions

  • Yes — chiropractic is one of the safest, most conservative options for back, neck, and joint pain, and serious adverse events are rare. Every patient is examined before any adjustment, and we tailor the technique to you, with gentle low-force options for kids, seniors, and pregnancy. If we don’t think chiropractic is right for your situation, we’ll tell you and help you find the right care.

  • We accept most major insurance plans and are HSA/FSA eligible. We verify your benefits before you start and tell you your expected out-of-pocket cost up front — no surprises. We also offer transparent cash pricing and care plans if you’re uninsured or out-of-network.

  • Your first visit is a consultation and a thorough exam — orthopedic, neurological, and range-of-motion testing, plus a digital posture and spine screen — so we can find the source of the pain. We’ll explain what we found, and when it’s appropriate you’ll get your first adjustment the same day. You leave with a clear, written plan and what it costs. Plan on about 45 minutes.

The new-patient special is for new patients only, one per person, and covers the initial exam and first adjustment when clinically appropriate. It is not valid for, and cannot be billed to, Medicare, Medicaid, TRICARE, or other federal healthcare programs, or where otherwise prohibited by law or by an insurance contract. Federal-program beneficiaries are welcome and will be quoted standard rates.
